Implementation process
Digital Signage deployment is fulfilled in following phases:
Analysis of requirements and technical background
In this phase our team together with the client asses and evaluate the overall requirement, project goals and current technical provisions of the client. The solution is being created and custom tailored to the client.
Customer applications development and template package design
Every project includes some special features - which are strongly customer oriented and therefore custom tailored to his needs. Such development of course takes its time to be developed and tested in real environment. Also the whole visual side of the project has to be developed - following some if any corporate guidelines.
Content creation and schedule
Creation of channel content - and its scheduling via timemanagement tool. This step is often underestimated by the client - anyway it is the most important part. Simple rule applies - technology without content is not making any effect to the company.
Installation on site and network setup
The Digital Signage project has to be installed on all the sites. That includes some screening device - e.g. LCD monitor, projector, a digital signage player and internet connection. All of such sites then have to be networked together.
Trial run
Trial run includes only selected retails or spots. In this phase - the system is being tested on limited number of retails. After succesfull debugging a full roll out can begin.
Roll - out
Phase following the trial run. In this phase - the whole network is being installed and deployed.
