Deployment process

Deployment process for Black Suite products has following phases:

Analysis and solution deployment

In this phase the overall project goals are being defined, as well as scope of work, content structure, functionality as well as user logics, statistics structure as well as module deployment. Design and templates are also being defined at this stage.  

Development and deployment

In this phase the solution is being developed in means of custom tailored features and implemented. We take care about the design creation, structure, logics and individual modules.System is implemented on server that belongs to the client - it can be rented from a third party company or from us.

Testing and debugging

The purpose of this phase is the bug fixing and finetuning of the system. The application is being tested in real environment on real server. Potential bugs are being fixed through this project phase. 

Content administration

After the testing and debugging phase the system is ready to be used. Client has access to all systems modules according to the access user rights as defined throughout the project deployment. Content structure and content updates can be made and customized. System is open to all inovations, additional modules implementation and possible changes.

Service

Basic service -  covered in the basic licence price -  includes system updates with software patches e.g. security updates and bugfixes. Does not include any additional service tasks. The scope of such service is strongly dependant on the client.
